Staff Product Designer & ResearchOps Specialist with 12 years uniting visual craft, research, and strategy to deliver standout results. My approach connects business impact and innovation, evidenced by client success for The Coca-Cola Company, Vale, Nutrien, and Calçados Beira Rio, spanning SaaS B2B and fintech platforms in LATAM.
I operationalize research for regulated industries and high-complexity teams, turning fragmented insights into evidence-based product direction with refined visual execution.
My work sits at the intersection of research rigor, systems thinking, integrating insights to help teams make better decisions and deliver polished, scalable product experiences. I approach environments from a systems perspective, addressing the disconnected research, fragile processes, and poor documentation.
What I do:
Research infrastructure & ResearchOps.
I build the operating models, knowledge hubs, and documentation standards that make research reusable across product teams. I restructured the research function, enabling a two-person team to run 69 interviews in nine days for a supply chain client. At Accenture, the infrastructure I built for the Design Chapter reduced design delivery time by 25% across a 40-person design team.
Visual & interaction craft.
Over 7 years leading visual design at Sinergy, I cut production time 30%, boosted sell-through 25%, and raised director buy-in 40% through story-driven key visuals and high-impact decks. Paired with freelance graphic work, this honed typography, layout, and polish that now elevates wireframes to high-fidelity enterprise users to engage effortlessly.
Research strategy from field to boardroom.
I build the artifacts that support leadership in evidence-based decisions, such as service blueprints, UX maturity audits, and prioritized backlogs. The UX Strategy Blueprint I developed for a client went directly to directors and changed how the team operated, from a dual-track product focus to a tri-track long-term product strategy.
Career:
Three years in field sales taught me how to earn trust quickly, listen beyond words to underlying needs, and translate those into business language that secures approval. This foundation informs my approach to stakeholder interviews, for example.
Seven years at an out-of-home media company, where I ended up running the design department, taught me production discipline, a sharp eye for detail, stakeholder management under deadline pressure, and what it means to own a team's output. All while acquiring research knowledge at college, studying my Bachelor's degree in Arts in Visual Communication & Advertising.
At the first startups that I worked on, instincts met methodology at in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies, and design thinking facilitation.
